Got some brilliant reference

Went to HMV in Oxford street to buy a friend a birthday present. While in there i found a huge book of pin-up reference by Gill Elvgren and it was only £7.00!

I had a lot to do at the weekend, so I'll get started on the new one this comming weekend. I've gone back to using Call me as the title.

First draft

The A2 arrived yesterday. It's really nice. A much better quality leather and replica.
I've attached the initial idea for the artwork. It might not end up like this though.

New jacket

Super.
Got a new jacket on ebay. I'm starting to get reference together for a new painting.

Wow!

Somebody has bought the 'Hellraiser' jacket.
This means I can afford another Jacket to paint.

Thinking of calling it Red Alert!

Names?

Still trying to get a jacket from ebay. Some are quite reasonable, but the postage from the US is quite high. Still a few names that I liked were;

Starting to think

Of a new design. If only I can finally win a jacket on ebay.
Anytime one comes up (in a 42 chest), they go pretty quickly and for more than I can afford.
Still, at least I can design the artwork in the meantime.

A cool website/forum
